From business planning to market research, loan packaging to new product development, you will receive the support and guidance you need to grow your business in Lake County.

The Center of Economic Development is your university and community connection and brings the resources of the University of Minnesota-Duluth to Lake County. Tenants can enjoy state of the art facilities and shared services to reduce overhead costs. Copy and fax machines are available as is Internet access and other on-line services. Tenants can engage secretarial and office support on an as-needed basis.
