A New Facility Take The Tour

The North Shore Business Enterprise Center is a newly constructed, multi-purpose business incubator capable of housing multiple tenants. It is located on a 4.2-acre wooded site near major truck and rail transportation routes. It also offers 17,000 square feet for tenant lease and 3,000 square feet of commons area that houses a conference room, a lunchroom, and shared office space.

The University of Minnesota-Duluth Center for Economic Development has an on-site specialist to provide support to new entrepreneurs. These services include business planning, market research, loan packaging, new product development, and other needed services to make your business successful. In the North Shore Business Enterprise Center, tenants can enjoy state-of-the-art facilities and shared services that help reduce overhead costs. Additional services offered to new tenants include: copy and fax machines; internet access, and secretarial and office support.
